Whether this is your first visit to Mod Massage or your fiftieth, you deserve a session that feels like a dreamy escape—something soft, sensory, and unmistakably you. Our signature blend of therapeutic massage and ASMR elements is designed to ease your body, soothe your nervous system, and leave you feeling like you just drifted in on a gentle tide.
Here’s how to prepare for your upcoming session so you can soak up every last ripple of relaxation:

1. Arrive in a Relaxed State (Or Let Me Help You Get There!)
Try to arrive about 5–10 minutes before your session begins. This gives you a chance to breathe, slow down, and settle into the retro calm of our space. No need to be perfectly calm before you arrive—I’ll take care of that. But a few quiet minutes to yourself can make the whole experience feel more grounded.
2. Dress for Comfort
We recommend wearing soft, easy clothing—something that’s comfortable to remove and slip back into afterward. If you’re receiving a facial massage, consider skipping heavy makeup to let your skin breathe and glow.
3. Communicate Your Needs
Massage and ASMR are deeply personal experiences. Whether you're dealing with chronic tension, sound sensitivity, or just love scalp work, let me know! The more I understand your preferences, the more your session can be curated just for you.
4. ASMR is Personal—Tell Us What Gives You the Tingles
Do scalp massages give you goosebumps? Love the feel of hair brushing or a gentle application of makeup brushes? Every ASMR session is customized. If you're new to ASMR, we’ll explore a few textures slowly, so you can discover what feels best for your nervous system. Don't forget to tell me what you dont like, it can make all the difference!
5. Turn off your phone
Turning off your phone, or putting it on do not disturb, is essential to your relaxation. Knowing that the session is for you, and that you are not needed for an hour can be crucial to your overall relaxation.
6. Give Yourself Time to Drift
After your session, try not to rush back into the world. Whether you’re heading home, to a cozy café, or out for a walk, give yourself 20–30 minutes of stillness if you can. You may feel floaty, sleepy, or even inspired—this is your nervous system thanking you. (Prepaying is always a good idea if you want to think less at the end of your session.)
Bonus Tip: Rebook When You’re Ready to Reboot
Regular sessions are one of the most loving habits you can give your body. Most of my clients feel their best when they return every 2–4 weeks. Consider it maintenance for your peace of mind.
