Spring massage sessions are a little different from winter. We're not trying as hard to get heat into your body, as much as we're trying to tell your body to let go of winter.

If you are uncertain, I recommend 15-30 minute which you can get in a combo session or an add-on.

Resting your body every day isn't something you earn, its something you need, it is no different than brushing your teeth.
