If you're interested in purchasing a session for someone else, here's how it works here.

Purchase them a gift certificate!

You should not be scheduling a session for anyone except yourself. The health intake form is meant to be filled out and signed by the person receiving the service.

If you want to keep the gift a surprise, use your name and email when making the purchase.
