Massage Reset Package
Rebuild the habit of caring for your body with a gradual schedule that starts close together and eases into monthly maintenance.
The order of these sessions is designed to gently address any initial areas of concern without creating pain or a long recovery time. It is preferred that you schedule the sessions in this exact order to get the most benefit and then maintain a monthly 4-6 week massage schedule afterwards.
Week 1 - 90 minute massage
Week 3 - 90 minute massage
Week 6 - 90 minute massage
Week 9 - 60 minute massage
Week 12 - 60 minute massage
