Massage Without Touch: Yes, It’s Possible

Did you know that massage and ASMR can be done fully clothed? If the idea of traditional massage feels overwhelming, please know there are options designed with your comfort and safety in mind.

If you’ve ever felt hesitant or anxious about receiving a massage, you’re not alone. For many people—especially those with trauma histories—traditional massage settings can feel too vulnerable, too fast. This is a place where we slow everything down. Nothing is ever done without your full consent.
Some of the most powerful sessions involve no hands-on work at all. Weighted pillows, calming ASMR, breath guidance, and soothing soundscapes can all help regulate your nervous system in a safe and gentle way.
I offer a variety of fully clothed sessions that include grounding tools like soft flax pillows, which come in different sizes. These can be placed on the body over clothing or blankets to provide gentle, calming weight without any direct touch. They can also be used to create a comforting barrier, offering a greater sense of privacy and control. If you'd prefer no touch at all, the session can still be deeply relaxing with these weighted tools alone.
If you're open to light touch, I offer gentle, rhythmic compressions that feel grounding and nurturing, always with your full consent. You're never required to receive touch—there are so many other ways to relax and reconnect.
I also have an assortment of soothing tools like massage rollers, globes, and rakes, which can simulate the sensation of touch without hands-on contact. And of course, my collection of ASMR tools—soft makeup brushes, hair brushes and clips—are all no-touch and can offer a deeply restful sensory experience.
Even something simple, like a rose quartz or jade eye mask placed gently on the chest (over the sheet), can serve as a subtle, comforting weight. It also helps you stay aware of where the blankets are at all times, offering a sense of security.
You deserve a session that feels safe, supportive, and centered around you. I'm here to help create that.
Before your session, we’ll have a private conversation where you can share anything you’d like me to know—whether it’s touch preferences, sound sensitivities, or comfort items you’d like nearby.
At every step, I’ll check in with you. You’ll always know what to expect, and we can pause or change course at any time. Consent is ongoing, not a one-time yes. You are allowed to cancel the session at any time, and that includes during the session.
